Risk prevention biological: decree of July 10th, 2013 (OJ of August 31st)

Independently of the “traditional” provisions concerning the evaluation and the risk prevention professionals exits of the directive of June 12th, 1989, transposed in our Right by the law of December 31st, 1991, one will note, with article 6 of the decree, which it is up to the employer to organize the methods of transmission to the company doctor of the relative information to the causes and circumstances
